R. Gary Armbrister
With over 35 years of executive level experience, Gary currently provides strategic business and financial advice to a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit businesses in a variety of industries. Gary’s extensive background in all aspects of accounting, finance and business administration have prepared him to provide a broad range of services to his clients, whether it be strategic planning and project management, accounting and financial reporting, tax planning and compliance, human resources, compensation and benefits administration or transactional due diligence (acquisitions, divestitures, refinancing, etc.).
3. Gary establishes ongoing client relationships by:
a. Gaining an initial understanding of the owner’s and the business’s needs where Gary can add value,
b. Developing a rapport with owners to ensure that there is a mutual desire to work together in a relationship that promises to be long and beneficial to all involved, then
c. Engaging in an extensive “needs assessment” with the pertinent constituents of the business in order to design the action plan where Gary can add the most value to the owner, the business and other stakeholders, finally,
d. Continuously updating that action plan to ensure that targets with the highest value are prioritized.

Gary focuses his clients on continuous operational and administrative improvement, working with and coaching owners, management and other team members to implement best-in-class process improvements that streamline functions, shorten cycle times, drive efficiency and improve operational effectiveness, business performance and profitability.
