Charlie has served in senior financial management roles for over 30 years at companies ranging from $5 million to $250 million in revenue. Besides his experience on the financial side of numerous businesses, he has implemented ERP and business intelligence systems, and has worked closely with operations, sales and human resources teams. In addition, he had a leading role in the due diligence process during three M&A transactions. Most recently, Charlie spent 10 years at a privately held Triad-based environmental processing and transportation company as the Executive Vice President and CFO. His responsibilities included managing the day-to-day operations of the accounting area, planning, banking relationships, financial reporting, business analytics and IT. He served as the remote owner’s liaison with operations, compliance and HR. His tenure culminated with the sale of the company to a Fortune 300 company. Charlie began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Stamford, CT where he earned his CPA license. He holds a BS in Accounting from Fairfield University.
