Brad is a senior financial executive with extensive experience providing financial, strategic, operational, managerial, nonprofit and healthcare expertise for medium to large-sized organizations. Prior to fractional CFO work, he was the Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at LabCorp, overseeing an operating budget of $140 million and an employee base of 2,400. He started his career in the audit department at KPMG. Throughout his career, Brad has successfully developed leaders to build high-performance teams, created and implemented strategic plans, implemented process improvements to yield efficiencies and maximize financial performance, and supported growth through acquisition valuation and due diligence. Brad received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In addition to membership in several industry organizations, Brad is an elder at Oak Ridge Presbyterian Church and is actively involved in mission work in Chiapas, Mexico with an organization that he helped form, Hebron USA. A highlight of his work in Chiapas is the construction and ongoing operations of a medical clinic that serves the indigenous people in the region.
