Pat is an insightful senior financial executive with over 20 years of experience providing financial and operational expertise to small and medium sized companies. He has served in senior financial positions in both the public and private sectors with experience in the distribution, on-line retail, manufacturing, print production and professional service industries. Prior to providing fractional CFO services, Pat was the senior financial executive for 15 years of an internet marketing/distribution company with annual revenues in excess of $300 million from operations in eight countries located in North America, Asia and Europe. Previously, he worked in public accounting within the audit group of BDO Seidman LLP for five years. Typical engagements include the improvement of a company’s financial organization, reporting and results. He has experience in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow improvement, purchasing and more senior level issues such as international expansion, acquisitions, banking relationships, risk management and tax planning. A Greensboro native, Pat received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from UNC-Greensboro.
